Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Karnataka

I had a very disappointing experience at Café Coffee Day, Vidyanagar, Davangere. One of the staff members, Vishnu, who works as a barista, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He used inappropriate language and behaved in a disrespectful manner towards customers, which is completely unacceptable in a hospitality environment.

This kind of behaviour not only ruins the atmosphere but also reflects poorly on the brand. I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures proper training and action are taken to prevent such incidents...

Ambiance is good.. service is also good. But the manager has lots of ego. And he is a characterless person.. It's a good CCD company if they changed the manager in Davangere.. I have been visiting many CCDs like in shimoga, Bangalore, mysore, Hubli, Mangalore, and many other places also.. the service is good and manager and staff were also pretty good But DAVANGERE vidya Nagara manager is horrible man.. please replace him, or he make sure that manger will lose the customers...
