Country Club Yelahanka — Restaurant in Karnataka

Country club Yelahanka is a good place but can be improved in many areas !!

Recently, attended a marriage here and below are my observations:

There is NO proper instructions about parking and which gate to use.

The hall where marriage was conducted has air conditioners set but it doesn’t work. Literally it was very hot inside, even after calling the management people we never saw its working.

Lack of responsibility with staffs as they just listen and goes away.

Missing dagger 🗡️ !! our dagger was left behind for 5-10mimt and it got missing afterwards. Cleaning staffs says they don’t know about it but those were the people who went and cleaned it.

The rooms require a make over the cupboard are broken and rooms smells.

Although the entire hall was booked for us even after our guest reached venue few local People were siting in ground and drinking. Which was not so appreciated as it was making few people uncomfortable.

Decoration was good but could have been better.

They should get security to manage the vehicle moment as many times my car got stuck with car coming from opposite direction.

Multiple street dogs were roaming around while the dinner was going on and again no support from staff.

Quite a nice place for lawn weddings. The food is good and they have a swimming pool but fixed hours for use, and nice cottages you can rent out to stay in groups. What is absolutely disgusting is the sales marketing they do to promote their membership packages; they offer a free gift as part of redemption for a shopping coupon, and ask you to receive it specifically mentioning over and over, that all you need to do is go receive it. If you make the big mistake of going, which we did, you will be made to sit through a 45-minute session in which their "marketing representative" will explain all their membership packages, coax you to sign up and ask you all sorts of personal questions about things they have no business knowing. If you say you have to leave, the "representative" will tell you they have to complete their 45 minutes with you because they are being watched on camera. Waste place. All broken infrastructure. Everything is like 50 year old item with no maintenance from then. They are selling agent. Will try to force you to take their packages always. Never go this place. Not worth if they are taking more than 50 rs. They will call you to collect free gift. They will give you one bowl set which will cost 40 rs outside total. Other thing , they will give you a movie voucher which you cant use because they will give you a number on which you have to whatsapp your voucher but that no will not be available on Whatsapp or phonr. Its fake number. Third thing they will provide you travel voucher where they will intentionally make some mistake (like wrong spelling name, incorrect address, incorrect ID proof no) which you will not be able to avail as you have to present same ID proof which is impossible. 4 th they will give you club membership for fitness for 15 days but once you enter club, you have to pay lumpsum amount.
