Burger King — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited Burger King and had a great experience. The service was excellent, thanks to the cashier named Neha. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure that my order was taken accurately. Neha had a welcoming smile and patiently answered all my questions regarding the menu options.

The food at Burger King was delicious. I ordered the classic Whopper burger, and it was freshly made with a perfectly flame-grilled patty that had a delightful smoky flavor. The toppings were fresh and the bun was soft and toasted just right. It was a satisfying and tasty meal.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The seating area was comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff, including Neha, were efficient in serving customers and ensuring that everyone had an enjoyable dining experience.

Oky where to start,

1. they din't provide the bill for the order
2. when ordered the cost of the 2 meals came around to be around 720 or so based on their display screens but the charged amount was 800 change , & how should I know what's charged for what when no bill is given.
3. time taken to give the order was 15 mins and counting while waiting in dine area and after going to check about the order took another 10-15 mins
4. after all this and the price they charged how should be the food expect some fresh , hot atleast lil warm cooked food. What did I get served was, am not exaggerating it was cold & rubbery those fries ,dk wn they were baked. I don't even want to start describing dem.
5. as if this was not enough the head or the team whoever there is shouting and screaming on their team as if it's their own home creating nuisance.

Final verdict- visited & payed the money...

The worst hospitality I have seen at any burger king. Have been to soo many burger king's across bangalore and staffs are usually polite and accommodating. But here the scene was completely different. They are least bothered about your order, i had asked to cut my whopper into halves but they dint oblige. Finally instead of arguing I asked for a knife so that I could cut it myself. Later I went to buy few more burger and this time when I asked knife they simply lied that they don't have one. When I confronted them telling I just gave it back 2 minutes ago, they finally gave me one but commented that it's not in company policy to cut burgers. It's so weird cause I have never faced this before at any outlet expect this one. Just shows that the staff is least bothered to help customer out. For sure not visiting this outlet again in...
