To the Store Manager,

I have been a loyal customer, frequently ordering and taking away from your store since its opening.

Baking: The quality of your baked items—whether it’s pizza, garlic bread, or desserts—is consistently excellent, deserving a perfect 10/10.

Service: Unfortunately, your service has been consistently disappointing. I have raised this issue multiple times with your staff, but there has been no improvement. In particular, I want to highlight Mr. Mahesh, who behaves as though he owns Domino’s. This attitude is unacceptable. I strongly recommend providing him with proper customer service training or taking appropriate action, including termination if necessary.

A quick look at online reviews reveals that many customers have complained about poor service. If this continues, it will seriously damage your store’s reputation. I hope you address this...

Worst service. Many times I have ordered fiery paneer garlic bread as my daughter likes it. But every time I order from this store they deliver only bread with only two to three paneer pieces and only little cheese. Only animals can eat such stuff. I almost spent 300 rs but still hungry. I have many times called the store and told them to send good food but still they repeat the same mistake. Better to cook in home and eat healthy food. Next coming to the staffs behaviour, the manager Mr Mahesh has so much attitude that he feels like he is the owner of the store ,so irresponsible and do not respond to the customers problem. delivery boys behaviour is so arrogant not at all responsible. We ordered a chicken pepperoni stuffed garlic bread and an onion pizza with extra sweet corn toppings. The extremely incompetent staff member did not have enough skill or comprehensive capability to understand our order. He was extremely rude and started shouting at a group of 6 girls for his own mistake. His name is Keerthiraj. Have never seen service this rude and bad. Nobody there had the basic human decency to apologise or even look sorry. Will never again set foot in this outlet unless necessary action is taken. Will take it to higher authorities...
