Kozhikodenz Restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

Hey guys, this is regarding what I have experienced from kozhikodenz restaurant on 24/05/2025, 10pm, Where I have ordered chicken roast biryani costing 170/-rs, on Swiggy With 219/-rs. I have received a parcel of 1 chicken piece very small and rice of 100gm in a very small box. After receiving it literally I was shocked by seeing the quantity of food immediately I connected with the owner on call around 10:30pm the same day, he wasn't concerned about the problem and what he was done. I was so hungry during that time he was asking me to come and eat at the restaurant for the food that he delivered. I was so unsatisfied and disappointed with the customer service and food quantity. After paying 200+rs it is shameful to the restaurant owner to deliver this kind of food and upon the way he talks with customers.

So sincerely request everyone that please visit the hotel directly to eat food and don't order by any other platform as requested by the owner of the hotel otherwise you will end up With dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Kozhikodenz is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to! If you’re a fan of authentic Kerala cuisine, this place is an absolute must-visit. This hotel is in between a great kerala restaurant ( where people don't mind spending extra money to have good food) and another kerala hotel which tries to make profit by using name of a place.

Idk if the parotta was readymade or freshly prepared. It wasn't soft.

Do they have free curry for parotta or not? 🥲 we had to ask 100 times to get it. If you have free curry for the parotta/chapathi just serve it along with whatever we ordered.
