Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Karnataka

I recently had a terrible experience with Domino's Pizza that left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order expecting the usual quick delivery, but what I got was the complete opposite. Firstly, the delivery was excessively late. I understand that delays can happen, but what made this experience even worse was the total lack of communication and courtesy from the staff. I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update on my order, but every time I called, my calls were either ignored or abruptly cut off. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. When I finally managed to get through to someone, the response was rude and dismissive, without any apology or explanation for the delay. It felt like they didn't care at all about my concerns or about providing decent...

I have to say, I’m beyond disappointed with the pizza I got from Domino’s. Honestly, it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was limp and undercooked, the sauce was practically tasteless, and the toppings were sparse and felt like they’d been thrown on as an afterthought. I wasn’t expecting gourmet, but I was at least hoping for something that resembled a decent pizza.

What really gets me is that I could easily make a far better pizza at home with basic ingredients and a standard oven—no high-tech equipment needed. Just some fresh dough, a bit of homemade sauce, and some decent cheese would blow this out of the water. For a pizza chain that’s been around for so long, it’s shocking how little care seems to go into what they serve. I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again...

I ordered two pizzas from this outlet of Domino’s. Was totally not satisfied with the toppings it came with, their was little to no topping at all I guess the chef’s were having a really bad day. When I raised an issue, I was surprised at how promptly the issue was addressed and looked after by store manager Ashok. He was really understanding and listened to my concern. And was also kind enough to offer me a free reorder so that they get an opportunity to improve. And sure they did, the pizza, the crust, the toppings everything was on point and baked to perfection. Kudos to the management, for giving so much importance to customer feedback. I’m very impressed. Would recommend this branch...
