I don’t visit Davangere often, but when I do, this used to be our goto place for a good family lunch. But this changed after our last visit.

Incident 1. My 1.5 year old son was playing with some of the metal spoons that was kept on the table, without saying anything, the service lady just took all the spoons away. As if my son has super human strength to break those metal spoons.

Incident 2, we were looking at the menu, the same lady just snatched it away without even a courtesy permission. It’s as if she has some personal issues with my family.

Incident 3, the food quality is very very poor. Not only they missed whatever we ordered, what they managed to remember and bring was sub par.

Incident 4, if you want a finger bowl, you’ll need to order them individually, apparently, they’ll only give finger bowl for folks who request and not for other people who are sitting on the same table.

Incident 5, if you are sitting without a plate, they won’t offer you one unless you ask for it. They have been trained to assume, no plate in front of you, you no get food.

Advice to elements, if you don’t have budget to train your staffs about hospitality, you shouldn’t be in the hospitality business.

Advice to staffs who are working here. If you don’t like your job whose primary goal is to face people, maybe.. just maybe, you don’t belong in the hospitality industry? Quit this job and find a job where you don’t have to...

One of the fastest serving restaurant, Having large number table's , they are very quick in service & we really appreciate there politeness, Tastey food, Comparing this to metro city restobar would not do justice On comparison with the available resources around the city They have pretty much done a decent job . They have really tried to bring different options on the menu unlike other restaurants around the City . Food menu is more convenient to starters /appetisers , The main menu could be more interesting, Definitely need to up the desert menuGood place to hangout with friends or family. Lot of veg and non veg items. The food was good. Prices are bit on the higher side considering it's a Restobar it can be justified. Service was decent.
