Empire Restaurant - Narsapura — Restaurant in Karnataka

Worst experience! I was travelling alone from chennai and visited here before going to Bangalore. As I was alone seated in a space, there were some 2 people who came and threatened me to move over so they could sit next to me. If the restaurant is crowded too much we can let people sit atleast at the opposite side of our dining table for courtesy, but these people wanted to sit next to me and when i said that per table only one bill will be taken they started shouting and calling the management.

So called manager of empire narasapura branch asked me to adjust telling y cant i adjust with people next to me when restaurant is crowded.

U ask me to compromise my space just because ur restaurant is full and i was alone.

Let me ask u Something, would you lower the cost of your food because im a customer whose alone

You charge the same price for people irrespective of they are in a group or alone so you should be treating them equally which is something you cannot expect from this hotel management

Earlier there was a name, empire = Bangalore Now its turned to pathetic restaurant in Bangalore

Already i have written so many reviews of their pathetic and slow irresponsible service and this incident is just like a cherry on top.

I wouldn't utter anything about the service or atmosphere because it got the best service and atmosphere but the chicken briyani that we ordered didn't have that flavour, I thought there will be that aroma and taste in the rice but it wasn't upto my expectations because usually I used to order mutton briyani for its aroma but as the chicken briyani was chef's special, I ordered that one but it wasn't that good.

And also I felt like Hot chilly prawn was overrated for the quantity or maybe they can increase the quantity of the prawns upto the rate.

The vegetarian and non vegetarian gravies are too good. A must try here.

The easy bites were too good, we took a parcel of it for eating it while returning to Chennai. It didn't get saggy, the packaging was pretty good too. Overall 5/5 for the easy bites.

They also got a very comfortable parking but we went during the week days so I'm not sure about the weekends.

But overall, when we tried empire restaurant in koramangala, we really loved it so much. The alfama chicken ig, I'm not sure about the name but it was awesome and the mutton varaval...

I regret to share this experience at Narsapur restaurant..we are very frequent visitors and very old customers to Empire Restaurant... On Sunday around 11 PM while Having dinner we were Abt 8-10 members..we requested for Tissue Papers for waiter ..waiter seems to b very humble and gentle person and kind innocent boy ..The Person who takes the order we donot know his name he blowed and took left and right to the waiter just for peice of papers as he gave some extra as we requested... It was disheartening to see the manager taking advantage of innocent waiters like a hell...As there was crowd in the non veg hall he took him to vegetaria hall and very heartlessly scolded him ..we noticed everything.we also has captured some clips of this incident but don't like to post ....we request the empire Restaurant management to take strict action against such arrogant managers and we request to kindly teach him a good lesson so that he remembers to do the same to any other such innocent employees Thankyou... I am also a social media influencer...it's good if u take action and keep ur...
