I recently visited this restaurant with a group of friends during our college tour, and overall, I found it to be an average dining experience. While the restaurant had its positives, such as ample parking and a spacious atmosphere, the food itself left much to be desired. The restaurant provided plenty of parking space, which is always a convenience, especially when visiting with a group. The spaciousness of the establishment was also noteworthy, as it could easily accommodate a large number of people at any given time. This made it suitable for groups and gatherings. However, when it comes to the food, my friends and I were left underwhelmed. The quality and taste of the dishes were average at best. The menu lacked variety and creativity, and the flavors fell short of expectations. It was disappointing to find that the food didn't live up to the spacious and inviting ambiance of the restaurant. Food was not upto standards of 4 star. Ratings are rigged for sure either by discounts for spot ratings or through known people. However, service is bad. I ordered a plate of chappati and the person who took the order confirmed that we will get 2pieces in a plate. So I updated the order with 2 plate chappati and butter roti and 2 gravies and a kulcha. No side dish was provided (expected kuruma as side dish when you called it as a plate). However the chappati came without kuruma. When asked he said we don't give it free/complementary and you need to order gravy. I was taken aback by the reply but held my nerve as I did not want to spoil the mood of the group. If their practice is different, then they need to inform it first itself when taking order so we will order accordingly. This will avoid unnecessary talks and confusions. Butter Roti was Butter Naan. Inform first itself as people were expecting to eat something made out of wheat and not maida.Later topped up with Kulcha but the person who took the order forgot to place order with the kitchen. Furthermore, the resort has numerous conditions in place that make it difficult to secure a reservation, adding unnecessary complications to the booking process. What's even more concerning is their attempt to scam guests by demanding a hefty initial deposit. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company and resort.
