I recently had the opportunity to dine at Mythri palace Restaurant, and I was very impressed. I ordered the Veg handi sabzi, The dish was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was rich and creamy. I also ordered the roti and ghee rice which was fabulous.

The place is pretty good. They have waiting room and all. The place was quite warm and good ambience too. If about the food then it was all very well cooked dishes with high quality food taste. But, I was disappointed by the service where they took so long enough to serve the main course and also we ordered butter milk which was freezing cold, due to that I had to lift with light fever and a mild headache while travelling. I think it's a basic rule that a kitchen crew member or the kitchen head should be aware of what they are serving!! You can't just serve it blindly. When it comes to food industry there are plenty of measures that had to be taken. The feedbacks are important and the hotel management had to consider it to improve themselves better. If not, then the whole point of serving food will not be worth so as the growth of your hotel which is been serving so long had to lose it's place in the society. Not even capable for 1 star. Very rubbish treatment to customers, poor communication. When we take time to decide the dish to order, they ask to leave the seat. I got wrong order as it was different food I ordered. I asked waiter about first he told, no sir its not different dish. It is the same dish that you ordered. I got invoice, in that the rate of dish was more than dish I ordered & named differently in invoice. I asked manager about it at that time, he said. No sir , this dish only you have ordered.
