A Disastrous Dining Experience: Unprofessional Service and False Promises
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at a restaurant that left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. A group of five friends and I decided to take advantage of the Friday offer, which included two unlimited veg meals and three non-veg meals. To add to our disappointment, the restaurant failed to deliver on their promises and provided us with an appalling level of service.
First and foremost, the restaurant claimed to offer unlimited soft drinks from a selection of popular brands such as Coke, Pepsi, and Sprite. However, when we requested water instead, we were shockingly informed that it was chargeable. It is a basic expectation that any establishment should provide free water to its customers, especially when it's explicitly mentioned that the soft drinks are unlimited. This discrepancy in their offering was a clear indication of their lack of professionalism.
In an attempt to address our concerns, we called the customer care line not once, not twice, but three times. Regrettably, all we received were empty promises and false assurances that the store would contact us within two minutes. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude displayed by the customer care representatives only added to our frustration.
The unprofessional behavior of the staff extended to the person operating the billing machine. He displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction by insisting that we pay for water, citing some obscure Indian rules. This lack of understanding and unwillingness to accommodate basic customer needs was utterly disappointing.
Furthermore, the delivery of our second order was delayed by a staggering 45 minutes. Despite our repeated requests for water while waiting, it took them an unacceptable amount of time to fulfill this simple request. It is disheartening to see a restaurant neglecting the comfort and well-being of its customers, especially during the scorching summer season.
As if our grievances were not already numerous, the restaurant staff only switched on the air conditioning unit ten minutes before we left. Throughout our dining experience, we had to endure the sweltering heat, making the situation even more unbearable.
In conclusion, this restaurant provided the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. From false promises regarding unlimited soft drinks to the unprofessional attitude of the staff, their lack of consideration for customer satisfaction was evident. The delayed second order, refusal to provide free water, and the late switching on of the air conditioning only added insult to injury. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment unless significant improvements are made in their service and overall...

As it's a 1st store of Pizza Hut here in Dharwad opened just a month and half ago, I went with my Mom and My Sister to have some party for our tastebuds
FOOD AND STAFF -- As for as my experience in the scale of {WORST, NOT GOOD, AVERAGE, GOOD, BEST }
1 Veg Assorted Platter -- Taste -- NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE -- The problem was they didn't provided us the cheesy dip as mentioned in the menu ( The picture in which fried rolls are there is the veg platter ). Even we forgot to ask and after we finished our platter and was going through menu again i remembered it, so I went and told the same to one of the staffs in the order counter but his response was "SIR U SHOULD'VE ASKED FOR IT". I mean come on so if customer doens't ask, they DON'T provide it. I said it's in the menu and it's ur duty to provide wat u have mentioned. I was heavily disappointed especially with this behaviour of their staff(Will not mention his Name) As i dont want the company to take any extreme step against him (if at all they read this review)
1 Double Paneer Supreme(Cheese Max/Cheese burst) -- Taste -- GOOD(I would suggest it)
1 Tandoori Panner (cheese max) -- Taste -- AVERAGE
1 Farmers Pick (Pan crust) -- Taste -- GOOD (I would suggest to have it) EXPERIENCE -- Here again mushroom was mentioned as one of the toppings but when we received it, I had to search for it by dissecting the whole pizza(quite literally)🧐. I didnt go to him to tell this as I already knew wat would be his response(SIR U SHOULD'VE ASKED FOR IT)
1 creamy cheese pasta -- Taste -- WORST EXPERIENCE -- It didn't taste like cheese but mayonnaise, Had to leave it as it was tasting that bad
1 Garlic Bread -- Taste -- AVERAGE
ACCESSIBILITY AND AMBIENCE -- Location is very easily accessible as it is located on the main road of Dharwad to Hubli.. The ambience is nice but the space is little bit conjusted.. When we sat in our table which was so called cleaned, there was still some orageno and chilly flakes spilled all over the table.
OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE -- Reading this review one might sound like I'm hater of pizza hut but considering the fact it was opened just a month and half ago already their service is not upto the mark infact it is a disappointment to say the least.. But ya this is wat i experienced. There's a huge space for u guys to get improved. Considering the Brand value of Pizza hut I was disappointed really and my Mom said this will be her 1st and last time to...

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit a restaurant that claimed to offer a fantastic dining experience with their Friday special. However, what transpired throughout the evening was far from enjoyable. In a group of five, we eagerly ordered two veg meals and three non-veg meals, with the expectation that the soft drinks would be unlimited. Little did we know that this would be just the beginning of a series of disappointments.
Upon requesting water, we were informed that it was chargeable, despite the offer clearly stating unlimited soft drinks from popular brands like Coke, Pepsi, and Sprite. Frustrated, I resorted to calling customer care three times, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain, as all I received were empty promises that the store would contact me within two minutes.
To make matters worse, the person operating the billing machine displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He insisted that we had to pay for the water, citing some obscure Indian rule. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction left a sour taste in our mouths.
Our patience was further tested when the second order arrived a whopping 45 minutes late. During this time, we repeatedly requested water, as we believed it should have been provided while waiting for the order. Despite our persistent appeals, our pleas fell on deaf ears. Only a mere 10 minutes before we decided to leave, did they finally switch on the air conditioning. Considering the scorching summer heat, this delay was inexcusable.
The reason given for the lack of water and delayed service was that the soft drink machine was not functioning properly. However, it is hard to believe that a supposedly reputable establishment cannot handle such basic amenities and services. This level of incompetence truly left us questioning the quality of service they provide.
In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was undoubtedly the worst I have encountered in recent memory. From the unprofessional behavior of the billing personnel to the broken promises and the delayed order, there was nothing positive to take away from this visit. I strongly advise others to reconsider dining at this establishment until they can address and rectify...
