Poor Service, Missing Order, and Privacy Breach at KFC Mary Hill

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Mary Hill. We ordered 2 Mexican Zinger PRO burgers, an 8-piece boneless meal, and got a free Zinger burger as part of a takeaway deal. However, when we picked up the order at 2 PM (after ordering at 1:30 PM), one Mexican Zinger PRO burger was missing.

We noticed the mistake right away and contacted customer support, but they were unhelpful. After searching online, we finally found a local contact number. When we called, they asked us to check the bill – only to realize they hadn’t even included the bill in the carry bag!

After explaining this to them, their response was slow and lackadaisical. They eventually called back half an hour later, admitting they missed the order and said they would deliver it after 4 PM. We had ordered lunch, and being told it would arrive after 4 PM was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, there was a serious privacy breach. I was availing a Paytm offer, and when I handed my phone to the staff to enter the amount, she went beyond that and opened another UPI payment app to try and process the payment. I had clearly informed her in the beginning that I would handle the payment myself.

Overall, this experience was frustrating, both due to poor service and a concerning breach of privacy. I hope the management takes note and makes improvements to avoid such issues...

The only drawback is the limited parking space, which can be a bit inconvenient during peak hours. However, the overall experience more than makes up for it.

I had ordered tandoori zinger meal and a small chicken popcorn, but got a plain zinger when i told them about it they were really fast at replacing it plus gave a small popcorn free as an apology. Small gestures like these, make you feel better on a gloomy sad day. Clean and neat place, with really sweet staffs working there, they were so welcoming and helpful.

Place is so peaceful , clean and tidy . It is on the way to airport from main city so definitely an easy spot to grab meals on the way .

Apart from food , i saw great service here . By the time we reached there for dine in , the AC is turned on and it was so cool so we asked to turn it off . Later around 3 serving people came and asked if we want to turn it on . By this you can understand how they are taking care of customers .

I dont know how they work during huge traffic , but our experience is great here . Definitely will visit here again of we ever wanna dine in to KFC...
