Kapoor's Cafe is a delightful vegetarian rooftop cafe that offers a unique and charming dining experience. Located in Mysore, this cafe is a haven for those who appreciate good food, a cozy ambiance, and a refreshing open-air setting. The moment you step in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by rustic yet modern decor. The seating arrangement is particularly interesting, featuring traditional wooden tables and chairs alongside colorful charpoys with vibrant cushions, adding a touch of cultural authenticity.

One of the standout features of Kapoor's Cafe is its rooftop setting, which provides a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Whether you're visiting during the day or in the evening, the ambiance remains magical, thanks to the fairy lights and decorative bulbs that illuminate the space beautifully. The open-air environment allows diners to enjoy their meals while soaking in the fresh air and scenic views.

The menu at Kapoor's Cafe is exclusively vegetarian, catering to a wide range of tastes. From traditional North Indian dishes to innovative street food options, every item is prepared with fresh ingredients and served with great attention to detail. Signature dishes like Chole Bhature, Cheese Balls, and refreshing beverages like Chaas are highly recommended. The food is not only delicious but also presented in a way that enhances the overall dining experience.

For those who prefer to enjoy their meals at home, Kapoor's Cafe is available on Swiggy and Zomato, making it convenient to order their flavorful offerings with just a few clicks. The cafe's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect, from the ambiance to the food and service.

Overall, Kapoor's Cafe is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in a memorable vegetarian dining experience in Mysore. Whether you're dining in or ordering online, the combination of great food, charming decor, and excellent service makes it a perfect spot for casual outings and special occasions alike. If you're in the area, this rooftop gem is definitely worth...

Bangalore's most favorite place for Punjabi food, Kapoor's cafe's newest branch in mysore , shardadevi nagar.

Follow mad.over.f00d on Instagram.

This place is located on the 3rd floor and has fullblown punjabi style, charpai (bunk) seating. If you are not really comfortable with that, they also have the normal seating. The place is extremely beautiful with all the fairy lights in the evenings. The walls are adorned with quirky punjabi quotes which are quite funny . The staff is very humble and polite. Service is quite quick. Coming to the food and drinks, the dry fruit lassi was super good. It is quite heavy though so you might wanna share it to save some space in your tummy for the delicious food that follows. Also tried the masala cold drink which was quite refresing. The iconic cheese burst paratha is a must try at this place. It is basically a paratha stuffed with 8 cheese slices, onion, tomato and chillies. Served with green chutney and a huge dallop of butter. My mouth is literally watering remembering the taste of it :P If you're someone who is diet conscious, They also offer a huge variety of thalis which are not that high in calories but definitely high on taste. Their peas pulao was so good. The phulkas are extremely soft and nothing like I have had before. Daal makhani was again very good . Even the regular aloo gobi was so full of flavours. For desserts, we tried gulab jamun which was topped with almonds. I found it a bit too sweet though. The prices are quite reasonable, given the quality of food. Thank god they have multiple outlets in bangalore too. Will surely visit many more times.

This is the 2nd outlet of Kapoor's cafe in Mysore and got a chance to visit here on my last Mysore trip. As always with the Kapoor's , the ambiance is kept to give the feel of a Punjabi dhaba. You will see khats ( beds made of jute ropes) everywhere and wall posters with quirky quotes displaying the essence of Punjabi culture. The service was excellent compared to the crowd on the weekend evening time.

Being in a mood of complete Punjabi meal, we started with the dry fruits lassi. At other restaurants you will usually notice that the dry fruits would be concentrated on top and the rest will be normal sweet lassi, but that's not the case here. You can enjoy your lassi along with dry fruits until it's last sip. It's quite fulfilling and I would suggest it's better to share it if you are in a group. Double cheese veg paratha was our next choice. If you are a cheese lover, it's a must try for you. You can feel the softness and amazing flavour of cheese in every bite. It is uniformly distributed and properly cooked.

In the main course, we opted for Indian gravies like paneer butter masala ,Dal Makhani and Aloo gobhi masala with hot chapatis. Trust me it tastes same as your home food but better than it. If you love north Indian food, you are going to fall in love with this place.

Rice kheer was our choice of dessert and it made our taste buds delightful. The kheer was thick and rich...

This place is the best in terms of food, presentation, desipan, ambiance, punjabi charm and authenticity! Let me begin from the start, this place is lit up like Diwali 24*7, it has khatiyaas - bright and colorful lined up for comfortable sitting, has so many little elements that add the "Pun" to Punjabi! And best of all, their food and services will have you keep coming back for more! We enjoyed their Chaach (minty and very different than the south indian chaach, must try) , masala cold drink (what a delight), dry fruit lassi (rich and heavy) in beverages throughout our meal. For starters, we had their punjabi corn and punjabi fries! Those elements i still aim to incorporate in my house parties, so original and peppy! In main course i had their dal makhni, matar pulao, raita, gobhi aalu and shahi paneer! For me, pulao, raita and gobhi aalu were even more fascinating than the otherwise conventional hits! Phulkas were made to perfection and were some of the best phulkas i have had in south! We departed on a sweet note with delicious gulab jamuns!
