I had one of the worst experiences at this place. The food was absolutely terrible — completely lacking in taste, freshness, and quality. It was clear that no care or effort went into preparing the dishes. Some items were served cold and stale, and others tasted downright awful. It was a complete waste of money. The service was even worse than the food. The staff was extremely rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. Basic manners were missing — no greetings, no apologies for mistakes, and a total lack of respect towards customers. Any questions or feedback were met with arrogance or complete ignorance. Rather than trying to solve problems, they made the experience even more frustrating.The overall attitude of the team was shocking — as if customers were an inconvenience to them. This level of behaviour is unacceptable anywhere, let alone in a place that expects people to pay for their food and time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible food, horrible service, horrible attitude. Stay far away if you care about your time, money, and...

NOT RECOMMENDED.

1. Their "North Indian Thali" which cost Rs.200/- was made to look assorted BUT the quantity was way too less as the tumblers (katori) they used were too small than a standard size !! Try for yourself and you will see.
2. They even attempted not to serve the ice-cream which was part of the thali until I had to repeatedly ask for it ... eventually they gave only half a scoop in a glass which filled 1/5th of the volume !!!
3. The delay in taking order and then serving was pathetic. No waiter pay attention to customer needs and you have to keep waiting.
4. The servants compete to report to their senior colleagues if any customer attempts to share their food with his family members (probably to keep themselves in the good books) and they make sure they will compromise on the quantity of something on your plate to justify the cost for every spoon shared. I found this very cheap and disgusting.
5. Price to quantity is disproportionate and unfair. FOR AN UNSHARED HEARTY MEAL, IT WILL EASILY COST YOU RS. 400/- OR...

...have visited it twice... Both, while returning from different trips !! Seems to be a good place for visitors!!

Small memorable story : We(4) ordered 9 alloo parathas... While taking the order... The girl was blushing... We didn't understand it. Later... When the order came... That was tandoori alloo parathas...much heavier than normal alloo parathas...

But we finished all the parathas... & When the girl was going towards reception ( it's a long reception...) she made an exclamatory face & hinted at her other colleagues That.. Those 4 guys... Finished all 9 parathas... It was like...how come they finished 9 parathas!!!! 😂😂😂 But deep down... We had vowed...
