KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

Hi Team,

I visited the store in Raichur on 2nd Nov at around 7:30pm with my niece. she loves KFC. When I visited the store There were no staff at the counter to take the order Waited for around 7-8min and the staff did not even bother to look at the customers who were waiting near the order counter The man who stood in front asked the store manager to take the order, he rudely answered that he is busy in other orders and will not be able to take the order and will take more time They were only delivering the online order If the store is so busy with the online orders then have closed the store and delivered only online orders. We would not have wasted our time, energy and petrol to visit the store I visited many KFC stores in India but never seen such bad behaviour of the manager nor the staff. Being a brand how would they hire such rude talking staff is my question. Will never visit the store again in Raichur The worst experience Wasted my time and returned...

As per Google, closing time is 11 PM & we went at 9:45 PM & were informed that they close at 10 PM. Server Bheemesh was at the counter & was not at all welcoming, he was hesitant in taking the order & kept telling this dish takes 20 mins, that dish takes 10 mins etc as if he is doing a charity by taking the order or giving the food for free, completely disrespectful. I tried to order wings for which he said 20 mins, it’s already late so I settled for 2 zinger boxes. To my shock, a customer who came after us ordered a bucket of wings & Bheemesh infact served them happily even at 10:30 PM. This is straight up discrimination, guess the customer was his friend. If this is the case then Rcr KFC servers should just stop serving the public & open it only for their friends & families. PATHETIC experience & they are just operating as per their convenience & not for customers. The franchise owner should really make a note of such things before servers like Bheemesh destroy...

Lol, chicken n mutton shop(read description) n The taste what i tasted in bangalore is different & what I'm getting taste here is different, in bangalore the chicken is fully roasted & the quality is Damn good but here it's oily & not fully roasted tried only once will see nxt tym hope i won't get oily one. I was fully happy when I heard about KFC in rcr but after tasting it i was fully dissapointed some times I feel is it fake KFC😁.

Ordered veg zinger burger it's too worst didn't expected this kind of quality from KFC they are not using all kind of ingredients wt needs to be used in it because of this reason they ruined the taste of it.
