KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

Very disappointing experience.

The visit was extremely underwhelming from the start. The place was untidy — sauce packets were on the floor, and none of the tables had been cleaned. When we asked to see the menu, we were told to check it on the app, but the kiosk that was supposed to help with that was shut down due to a “server issue.”

Despite the restaurant not being crowded, our food was delivered late. When it finally arrived, it was inedible — the wings had a strong unpleasant odor and tasted off, as if they were made from old stock. None of us could finish our meals, and we all felt uneasy afterward.

Overall, the hygiene, service, and food quality were far below acceptable standards. I definitely won’t be returning and strongly urge the management to prioritize cleanliness and...

KFC Kulshekar Mangaluru location has very nice soothing ambience.

Burgers, and the fried chicken is juicy, fresh and tasting delicious.

Employees are kind of looking very lazy, since restaurant was empty, some reason this location doesn’t have a good business. But they serve hot and fresh food.

You have to request the employee to turn on the Air Conditioning, otherwise they won’t even bother to turn it ON.

Bathrooms, toilets are hygienically well maintained, restaurant is very clean.

Parking is plenty, they even have an underground parking is available for free.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent KFC order. Not only was my food delivered extremely late, but I had to follow up hours later through the Swiggy delivery partner just to get it. When the order finally arrived, the fries were excessively salty and inedible. The chicken tasted off and had a strong, unpleasant smell 🤮it did not seem fresh at all.
