KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

I am writing this review after my today's visit to this KFC Outlet. I had ordered zinger meal and popcorn. Zinger meal comes with combo of burger, 2 wings , fries and soft drinks. After this COVID was waiting to taste something good. I tasted popcorn which was manageble then I tried fries, it was cold and was in bad state. I had few of fries and jumped to take a bite of burger. I can't explain it was patetic, burger was cold, chicken inside it was cold and I could literally smell raw chicken. One of the worst burger I have ever had in kfc. I saw that in this outlet they have already kept fries in cover and giving same to customer, same with burger. I had ordered online for takeaway. Cold drink was given in a paper cup. How would someone taking a takeaway without proper covering take it in papercup. I requested for half litre bottle which was denied by the lady at counter. The last time i came here i was given half litre bottle. I told her the same thing. She is telling no one gave. Does it mean i am lying. With such attitude had no option but to leave as i was traveling in a bus. Bad experience. Paid Rs 314 without the cold drink. Would never order take away, henceforth from this place. The KFC near Vidyanagar has better customer service.

Hands down the worst KFC experience ever.

We ordered an All Chicken Box Meal, 2 Burgers, and Fries. The burgers were just meh – edible, but bland and disappointing. The fries were a complete joke – soft, soggy, and wobbly, nothing close to fries.

But the real disaster was the All Chicken Box Meal. We literally got a rotten black piece of chicken – absolutely disgusting – along with the blandest chicken I’ve ever had from KFC. Even though the staff replaced it after we complained, the damage was done. The experience was just horrible and outta words.

What’s worse is that this outlet was actually decent few years ago. Since then, the quality has drastically degraded every single year, and now it feels like they’ve completely stopped caring.

Totally unacceptable for a brand like KFC. This outlet has hit rock bottom, and I wouldn’t recommend...
