Ive been a long time customer of this place. The quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes its amazing and sometimes horrible is less of a word to describe. I never bothered to write a review as I am a well-wisher and dont believe in bad mouthing. Food industry is going through a challenging situation post covid.

Went there and ordered a plate of idli. It was very disappointing to see the idli they served was stale. The upper layer was sort of dried out, and the taste was sour. It was definitely previous days left over idlis. Very unethical. I left it as I couldnt eat it.
The entire breakfast experience was ruined. When the lady brought the idlis, I could figure it out that the idlis were stale.
These guys need to visit Hotel Swati on Lamington road and see how idlis are served there: fresh, soft, supple, and yummy.
I will travel a little more and eat the right thing from now on, than eating nonsense dirty food.
Sorry abt my harsh words, Its not abt the money a customer pays. Its abt how much u value your customers.

I have been a customer of this hotel for the last 14 years, and it has consistently remained one of my favorite dining places. The food here has always been delicious, with authentic flavors and a comforting taste that keeps bringing me back. The restaurant has a warm ambiance, and over the years, it has been my go-to spot for both casual and special meals.
At times, I did notice that the taste and overall hospitality varied depending on who took the orders and served the food. But ever since Mr. Atif joined about six months ago, the difference has been remarkable. His genuine hospitality, professional service, and attention to detail have uplifted the restaurant to an entirely new level. Two weeks back I was in Karnataka on a work trip and visited this place on the recommendation of my friend. As a Hearing Impaired and Non Verbal (Deaf and Mute) person I often face many many Unique challenges whenever I try to communicate with anyone others usually businesses . I have travelled all over the world but I have never been treated such grace, humility and care like the Main guy at this place Mr. Ravi. He not only recognized I was hearing impaired but he talked to me in Indian Sign Language as if I was just a normal person he is talking to. He did not look at me as if he is feeling sorry or sympathy for my impairment. He made me feel I belonged here which happens very rarely. My friend who recommended this restaurant who was also a deaf person had mentioned this guy to me. I wish I lived in this city with amazing people like this.
