My friends and I had ridden from Barachukki falls to Maddur at 3 in the afternoon hoping to get something to eat. Saw the Maddur Tiffany's board at the main road traffic junction and all of us decided to have food there.
When we reached the hotel (~500m to 600m from junction), we were pleasantly surprised at the big parking space available for customers (note: parking is free); also noticed there was a separate rest room (toilets) for men and women next to the parking lot.
All of us then parked our bikes and went into the hotel very hungry hoping for a meal but meals had just gotten over. The whole placed was crowded! no seats left, so we waited for 10min and then got a table. We then requested waiter for available items to which he mentioned rice based items. So we each ordered 1 Maddur Vada and 1 rice item and 2 of the people in the group ordered roti curry. The waiter was very impatient and it showed in the way he didn't care about us as customers or even ask if we wanted water.
When he again came to another table after 5min to serve them, we requested him for water and he got it for us but kept the jug on the table with a thud like he didn't care.. then he got roti curry and the way he kept it on the table, some of the curry fell on one of my friends, to which he uttered sorry and left.. we were frustrated that at such a hotel which seemed to be a famous landmark, has people who dont care about customers.. my friend asked others not to make an issue of it as he cleaned up with some tissue paper as all of us were hungry and tired, waiting for food.. after 10min, he got us food again dropping it (not as if it he was keeping it) on the table as he had no time for work..
Believe me, we were very tired and just wanted food but his attitude was not helpful..
All other tables had restaurant staff who were calm and kept items slowly on the table.. only this one person seemed arrogant and irritated.. that person spoiled our expectation of having good lunch after a long ride.. after we had food and got up to pay the bill, out of nowhere he appeared next to the bill counter and he seemed to be staring at us as if to see if we would complain about him.. we spoke amongst ourselves that complaining may cause him to loose his job as it seemed to be a daily wage work..so we just left after paying..
It looks like if out of town people arrive, they are treated badly.. its such a shame.. seemed like a nice hotel at first but had such a bad experience having food there.. will not go to this restaurant or recommend...
Read moreMadhur Tiffany is an absolute gem when it comes to authentic Indian sweets and snacks. From the moment you walk into the store, the delightful aroma of freshly prepared sweets and savories makes you feel at home. The variety on offer is impressive — whether you’re craving traditional sweets like Kaju Katli, Rasgulla, or Gulab Jamun, or savoring snacks like Samosas, Kachoris, and Dhoklas, they have it all.
What really sets Madhur Tiffany apart is the quality of their products. Every item I’ve tried is freshly made, with the perfect balance of flavors. The sweets are not overly sugary, which makes them perfect even for people who prefer mild sweetness. Their Chaats are a must-try as well — tangy, spicy, and just the right amount of crispy.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer recommendations if you're unsure about what to try. They maintain high standards of cleanliness, and the packaging is excellent, ensuring that everything stays fresh.
Pricing is reasonable given the quality and the authenticity they provide. Whether you're picking up sweets for a special occasion, or just indulging in some treats for yourself, Madhur Tiffany never disappoints. This is easily one of my favorite spots for Indian sweets and snacks in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and...

The New Restaurant that they have started can be easily located and seen on the Highway , there are ample sign boards. The place is usually crowded due to the Brand name .
The Food taste is average . The taste of Food which was given by Original Maddur Tiffany's is missing , The warmness and Hospitality of the Original Tiffany's is missing.
We waited for some time after which the Waiter took the order, even though there were lot of waiters standing they didn't approach us with eagerness or warmness to take the Order.
