We came here around 8:30 to 9 am. while traveling from Bangalore to Mysore route. The place is actually very nice and easy to find, because we saw some flexes of hotel even before 1km but it was not of this hotel though.
Speaking about the hotel, Good Vegetarian food. We came in a rush hour and we were sitting inside the family/ac area. The other main area was full of people.
And because it was full of rush. We had to wait for a long time and this was a bit frustrating. The food we ordered were masala dosa. And it was Okay. Price also kind of ok only. But nothing too good. That's about the hotel. Speaking on what I liked aboutThe area in which the hotel is situated has good parking facility and also well manged by men for proper parking. In this area there are also other shops, there is also a public toilet which was very neat and clean. One hotel near to it which said north Indian food was closed. The other shops were a sweet bakery and tea/coffee/juice shop. Since thip place has good parking facility it's a good place to take a break while travelling.
And lastly why I got so frustrated as the wait time was long. Because we had to wait and as we wasted more than an hour, the traffic outside was getting very heavy. Stayed in that traffic for like 1 or 1.5 hours and that too only for moving like...
Read moreThimmadas Hotel, located in Somanahalli, Karnataka, serves up a breakfast experience with its ups and downs. While it offers a good range of breakfast choices, the prices might not sit well with those watching their wallets. Paying 72 INR for Idli Vada, 81 INR for Masala Dosa, and 19 INR for a cup of tea could be a bit steep for some.
However, the food does taste good and the place is reasonably clean. Plus, they throw in free parking, which is a nice touch. Thimmadas Hotel definitely doesn't skimp on variety, giving customers plenty of options to choose from.
That said, it's worth mentioning that you can find similar breakfast fare for cheaper prices in Bangalore. So, while Thimmadas Hotel delivers on taste, variety, and convenience, its prices might be a turn-off for those looking for more budget-friendly options, especially considering the cheaper alternatives...
Read moreWe were waiting for a breakfast join on the highway, everybody in the trip got hungry, it was a food search that got fruitful as we found this place, I must say that the place is hygienic, they serve tasty food with ample space for parking and clean rest rooms. We stuck to vegetarian because of avoiding unwanted health risks during travel. What we ordered was Idli and vada, I think the experience was great. Not sure about other items in the menu. But the Idli and vada tasted great with chutney and sambar. Luckily for us there was not any stale especially the potato curries are stale in most restaurants in around highways. The parking space is absolutely great, with the security guard doing a great job. He is old but very professional, because most most places guys dont even bother about guests. A big thanks...
