Meridian Hotel — Restaurant in Karnataka

I recently dined at an establishment alongside my sisters on February 25th, 2024, where we indulged in an order of both Biriyani and Noodles. Regrettably, during the consumption of the Biriyani, I discovered a piece of plastic, evidently from the oil packet's cover, amidst the dish. Upon bringing this matter to the attention of the staff, their response was marked by a series of unfortunate and unconvincing explanations, citing the plastic's adherence during washing.

Subsequently, a disconcerting lack of apology ensued, coupled with an unwarranted air of disdain towards our inquiry. Furthermore, despite their observation of the plastic in the dish, they presumptuously cleared the table without soliciting consent.

Adding insult to injury, we were astounded to find that we were charged the full amount for the replacement Biriyani, despite the egregious lapse in quality...

My recent visit to this restaurant was highly unsatisfactory due to multiple issues:

Poor Hygiene & Food Quality: The biryani appeared stale, as if made the previous day. The chicken chilly dish was incorrectly served as overly spicy chicken kabab, with tough, low-quality meat.

Unprofessional Service: When we brought these concerns to the owner’s attention, the response was indifferent. The dismissive attitude—"We serve everyone the same meal"—was unacceptable.

Overpriced for Value: The steep pricing does not justify the substandard food or experience.

Conclusion: Lack of cleanliness, careless service, and mismanagement make this restaurant one to avoid. I regret dining here and cannot...

By reading all reviews I thought that this is the best restaurant, quite opposite here all, dishes also not good, we ordered mutton papper dry, but that meat is not mutton they given other than mutton, it's not a mutton dish, in that they mixed some other meat, ,.. That not tastey and we did not eat that, chicken dish as long not good,.. And biryani we ordered biryani also not well, totally contents oily and chicken pieces also not good,.. Only Shawarma is better ,.. Otherwise all dishes are tasteless and mixed meat ( other than mutton) they serve, so don't choice this restaurant whoever prefer non veg., don't prefer this restaurant. He cheated all...
