Worst Service

We 8 Members had been to This Hotel on Aug 15 at 9:15pm,

1 - First Thing i noticed is the Waiters don't treat you well we were 8 members, The water glass provided were only 4 with no water served.

2- After long time waiter attended our table we have ordered 8 North Indian meals he noted it down and after few mins he said No north Indian Meals and we need to order the Items separately. As the Menu Says it will be available till 10:30, though it was around 9:30 he said no. We have ordered every item separately [Bill Attached].

3- With unexpected delays we got one by one what we have ordered. Meanwhile I noticed that the waiter served Noth Indain Thali to the Table beside us. I dont know what was the reason which made the waiter said No for us.

4- The table weren't cleaned in time and we noticed only one cleaner.

5- Curry Was provided very late and Roti + Butter Naan were not hot.

6- Waiter behavior is not good, since the hotel is located in the area where elite people visit often, the management should educate the employees to treat the customers well.

7- Noticed the waiters were fighting each other and using slang words.

If the Menu says the respective food category available till certain time it should be available till that time. If not what is the use of mentioning the time there?

For me it was about to finish with Rs.1k+ [if thali was provided], The bill was 2k+ [Since waiter made us to order Items separately].

For me like people First impression is best impression, again any one among our family will not...

One of the posh veg fine dining restaurant in Mysuru with mid range expense category.... Spread over 2 floors, its vast menu is commendable with lots of options to choose in cuisines - North, South and Chinese primarily. We went for lunch And wanted to try North India food in thali, but the only option was ala carte, while thali was South with rice as main item in special and normal format. Pls start North Indian thali option if possible for the comfort of the customers. Pricewise - it's mid range and thali costing 114 for normal one and 160 for special one is I would say good and better priced as compared to any similar restaurant in Bengaluru. Thali - I opted for Special thali, firstly fresh fruit juice was served - watermelon with no sugar added - brownie points for that. Puri was good - 2 nos to go with chutney and sagu... Sagu was good but expected more veggies with spice. Ivy Gourd palya was made well Special rice - Pulao was nice but felt needed some more spice and no raitha was provided to go with this. Large rice bowl - pls trim it and introduce other items to the thali that can compensate like a soup may be. Sambar - good and spiced well Rasam - star of the thali Curd rice - good to end the meal Dessert - Mysuru Pak and fruit salad, mysuru pak had the right sweetness and softness too. Fruit salad was also good with no additional sugar added.
