I’ve visited Nefty Pure Veg Hotel many times, and initially, it was one of my favorite places in the area. The ambience and cleanliness are still good, and I appreciate that. When the restaurant first started, the food quality was excellent – hot, tasty, and fresh. What really made a difference was the owner's personal involvement. She used to interact with every customer, ask for feedback, and genuinely cared about the service and quality. It felt homely and welcoming.

But over the past few months, things have changed. The owner is no longer seen at the restaurant, and it now seems to be run entirely by the staff. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down – I recently had idli and vada, and it was not up to the mark. The food wasn’t hot, and the taste was disappointing.

Also, they’ve switched to a complete self-service model. There’s no table service anymore – we need to place the order at the entrance, collect the food ourselves, and find a place to sit. It doesn’t feel as pleasant or comfortable as before.

I truly hope the owner sees this and gets back to the restaurant to bring things back to how they were. Earlier, I would have confidently recommended Nefty to anyone – but now, sadly, I can’t say the...
