New Hari Prasad — Restaurant in Karnataka

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for decades, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing and upsetting. The service at this outlet was nowhere near the standards I have experienced at the old location.

I ordered a thali, and the server’s behavior was shockingly rude. He threw the plate onto the table in a disrespectful manner and brought food that was completely different from what I ordered. Having had thalis here before, I informed him politely that this wasn’t what I wanted. Instead of addressing the issue, he became visibly angry and brought me a random, incomplete thali set, which was extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, all the servers started staring at me as if I had done something wrong. Even after complaining to the cashier, the behavior didn’t improve, and the servers continued to glare at me angrily.

As someone who has been loyal to this restaurant for years, I never expected such insulting and unprofessional treatment. I would strongly recommend that the staff be trained to treat customers with respect. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ever returning to this...

Its a very good vegetarian restaurant if you are in puttur. The food is really good here. Its usually crowded here between 12.30-2.30.but the food here is great.the prices here are a bit higher than the other restaurants around here. But its not that expensive here.
