I recently visited Oscar Stone Cafe with high hopes, as I had heard positive things about its ambiance and atmosphere. However, my overall experience fell short due to several significant issues that need addressing.

Let's start with the positives. The ambiance and atmosphere at Oscar Stone Cafe are truly wonderful. The cozy decor, soothing lighting, and tasteful music create a pleasant environment for diners. It's an ideal place to unwind and relax with friends or loved ones.

Unfortunately, the positives end there. I was deeply disappointed with the food served at the cafe. The menu promised a diverse range of options, but the execution left much to be desired. The biggest problem was the excessive spiciness in almost every dish. While I appreciate a hint of spice, the level at which it was present made it difficult to enjoy the flavors. It seemed as if the kitchen didn't take into consideration the preferences of those who are sensitive to spicy food. The lack of balance in the dishes was a letdown.

Moreover, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive throughout my visit. Requests for assistance or additional condiments were met with delayed responses, leaving me feeling neglected and unimportant as a customer. Efficient and friendly service can greatly enhance the dining experience, but unfortunately, Oscar Stone Cafe fell short in this aspect.

Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice the lack of hygiene standards. The tables and seating areas appeared unclean, with visible stains and debris. This neglect of basic cleanliness made me question the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Maintaining proper hygiene is crucial for any dining establishment, and it was disappointing to witness such negligence in this regard.

In conclusion, Oscar Stone Cafe has a beautiful ambiance that offers a serene and inviting atmosphere. However, the negatives overshadowed the positives during my visit. The overly spicy food, subpar service, and lack of hygiene standards were major drawbacks that affected my overall enjoyment. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to improve the quality of their food, service, and hygiene. Last night we went out for dinner the only good thing about this place is the ambience and nothing else the quality of food is not upto mark plus the waiter is clueless about the menu, food took more than 40 mins to arrive on table even though we ordered just starters we asked the waiter to parcel chicken wings nobody was bothered to get it done we repeatedly had to remind them to pack when we asked for bill for that also they took their own sweet time to give and I had to go to billing counter to clear bill and the worst part was 5% service charge was charged to me for the hopeless service which they provided when I asked them to remove they were not ready to do so where as in menu card it's clearly mentioned service charge is optional when I questioned them about it they are saying it's night charges wow first time I'm seeing a restaurant charging as night charge, when we were about to leave the waiter comes to me and says they forgot to add peri peri fries in our bill and requested me to come to billing counter and pay the bill the peri fries which we had was one of the worst it was so soggy and not crispy at all and it wasn't cooked properly some of the fries were raw when I shared this feedback to the manager he is not ready to take my feedback and he is saying whatever it is i have to pay for the fries, I didn't argue much I just paid and left that place very unprofessional and rude staff if anyone wants to spoil their weekend this is the best place to be ,

The plus point of this place is its ambience and their mocktails apart from that...

It was really early morning when I reached and I was served with Bread omlette and tea. Staff was good and ambience was OK..
