I recently had one of the worst experiences with Pizza Hut, and it was entirely due to the shockingly rude behavior of their staff. I placed an order, and the lady who answered the phone was nothing short of hostile. Her tone was condescending, and instead of addressing my concerns or helping with my order, she brushed me off entirely.

What infuriated me the most was her audacity to tell me to order from Domino's if I wasn’t satisfied. This kind of behavior is absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect, not to be treated as though I’m a burden.

If Pizza Hut allows such individuals to represent their brand, it’s clear they have little regard for their customers. This experience was not only disappointing but downright insulting. This is a new outlet by pizza hut in hoskote inaugurated few months back.

It is easy to find as it is on the service road of NH and can be seen clearly from NH.

It have a small parking area infront of its outlet.

Same floor have dining, self serve and order placing counter.

Dumpling pizza is a special type I found here.

Managment is very poor, They are not agree to entertain customer if it is billing calculation time.

No dedicated person for order counter.

Any one of their employees may attend you on ordering counter but they don't have complete information on product.

They are not providing any order number or serial number also they don't have any display on service counter to let you know the current status of your order.
