Pizza Hut | Parvathi Nagar, Bellary — Restaurant in Karnataka

We are really hurt by the customer service. We don't take concern about the foods taste because it could vary from person to person but the customer service is the worst I have seen. I had been here with my friend. I feel sorrow for him. He just took a seat after placing the order and fell from the chair as it was broken. Keeping broken chairs is not something you expect. And further on they in spite of this in place of helping were blaming him for falling and made fun of him. This hurt us and felt like a disrespect. Lot of improvement required...

The experience was so disappointing. I placed an online order for takeaway. Reached the store 5min+ the estimated time to collect my order. But my order wasn’t even prepared by then. The store staff made me wait 45-50 mins to prepare my order and give it to me. Plus I specifically mentioned no mushrooms in any of the pizza. However I still see mushrooms added to the pizza’s in my order. I am giving 2 stars just for the taste...

Tried momos pizza it wasn’t that great. About restaurant it was very clean, staff were friendly but only things I didn’t like was the late service though there were no people they took lot of time to prepare.
