Today I had a worst experience. My day is spoiled due to the food serving girl of Attitude and misbehaviour. Due to that she delayed the delivery of the food and she purposely served cold idli. She took the order in the app but when I asked she told she did not remembered but the order was available in the app. When asked she told it will take time and she is purposely delaying and serving food for the other customers who came after us. And the coffee she served for us which was not hot and she gave in steel glass. But for others she served in a cup n saucer. When I asked why you are giving in steel glass, she told on emergency we give like that. Overall the food is good but you need to improve on the customer service. The attitude of the both the serving girls should be corrected. And when crowd is there you need to deploy more resources to fullfill the customer service. I hope we will not have this kind of worst experience in...

Firstly they take 45 min. To receive us our food. That was very odd. TWO WOMEN SERVERS ARE VERY WORST BEHAVIOUR AND FULL OF ATTITUDES. They make us feel bad. Their waiters are too lazy they take too much time to delivery... I will inform all are community members .. because I went today with my family. They didn't serve properly and for my son too...those two women employees are worst in serving and acting rudely. I don't know why they are working in restaurants.they are not fit to serve food. No one will have proper food if they serve.

Idli they served after 25 mins and cofee after 15 mins and other toooooo late.

I ask management to take necessary actions. I really felt very bad today. I never seen this kind of serving in any restaurants.

Etc..my day has been spoiled.i never trust this...
