• PL DONT GO * *WORST EXEPRIENCE IN MY LIFE * 2nd week April 23 Im preferring 0000 zero star this hotel.. After receiving order 40 min took to supply the food Supplied food was not at all feel heat , irs very ambiant temp after 40 min Ordered food was not suppied , we given order Nati koli biriyani , but supplied normal egg biriyani. I asked the reason , they told the supplier is a hindhi Guy , so he missunderstood. But they are not ready for the replace the order. Andhra chiken ( 250 rs ) gravey supplied fully bad smell only roti curry eated and check out from the hotel. They have made bill for all , but two biriyani and chiken fry i am Not paid amount . But they are argued with me . I not all paid amount and 20 min wasted with argument and my wife , daugters are fully frustrauted and mood upset.

The manager behaviour is very rash and he covincing me all biriyani same only why you are not eating like this speaking with me. But till upto the end they are not accepted the miatake and even one small sorry also not asked ! They dont know how to treat the customer ! No responsibility and no respect to the cuatomers and staff are not good very bad dirty cloths . No hygiene !

❌ Rashi Gardens, Attibele – Extremely Disappointing Experience ❌

We had a horrible experience at Rashi Gardens. The food was extremely spicy to the point that some of us had tears in our eyes just from trying the biriyani. It was not just mildly spicy—it was unbearable and inedible for most of our group.

When we politely raised our concern with the management, instead of showing understanding or offering a solution, they bluntly told us that we had to pay the full amount whether we ate or not. This attitude was shocking.

It felt like the management was only interested in money, not in providing quality food or customer service. Honestly, it felt as if even if they had served something harmful, they would still insist on full payment.

We were a group of 30 people, and almost all the food went to waste because no one could eat it properly. The management showed no concern, empathy, or accountability. They could have simply asked for the money instead of ruining the occasion with such bad food.

⚠️ Verdict: Never again. Not recommended.

Worst food , chef is very bad , looks like this restaurant suits for drinking people who take Oil Kabab and omelette, menu book is simply they printed , anything you ask they say it’s not there, they have fix menu only , no chef special , and what ever you order you get same taste , it’s not suitable for families day out or dinner, from outside garden look good and ample car parking ,but when you go inside interior is very cheap and it’s table and chair setup which we see in local bars , better avoid this place for now until they give good food , since in this entire area there no good restaurant with parking , it has chances to emerge big considering car parking , but they must bring good quality in food , and then ambiance and seats must change for families else it will just settle as drinking people oil...
