One of the worst service ever given by them they normally known for fooling the customer. We order a 3 kg cake in shape of car we gave our preference but they fooled with the colour and the type and today when my wife went for complaining it seems they have system of 3 days or else they won't accept the complaint.

This happen in Bajpe branch Sorry Mr owner we don't want to spoil our mood by order or giving so we request all customer out their in bajpe and other branch of ribbons and balloons kindly don't plan your any of your event as their cake is is juat bakwaas Not fresh at all and they wont sevre as your preference.
