I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ribbons and Balloons regarding an important cake order for a First Holy Communion on April 27th. Despite placing the order two weeks in advance, the cake was not ready at the promised time. This was not just any cake—it was meant to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and the delay caused unnecessary stress on an already significant day.

What made matters worse was the total lack of coordination among the staff. When asked why the cake was delayed, each person gave a different excuse—none of which made sense or showed any accountability. Eventually, the cake was delivered when the event was nearly over, and to our utter disappointment, it was in a completely unacceptable condition—poorly presented and clearly rushed.

This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a bakery with such a well-known name. I expected professionalism, reliability, and at the very least, honest communication.
