Shanthi Foodcourt — Restaurant in Karnataka

On 27th August, we stopped by on our way to have food. Ordered a plate of Chicken noodles and Veg Biriyani. Noodles came without chicken and instead of Veg Biriyani, white rice and aloo cury were given. Upon questioning, the owner actually picked up the plate from which my son was eating. Did not have manners not to take away plate from which people especially children are eating. The Biriyani was taken inside reheated with tomato rice paste and brought back as Biriyani. As we shouted about taking away the plate from which my son was eating, he got the real chicken noodles but the damage was done. If there was a way that I could give zero stars I would, consider this as a warning at visiting this place. First the sweet and sour soup was extremely sour felt like my taste buds were going to bungee jump without the cord , second the server spilt vinegar on the table and took 10 mins to clean it up (not exaggerating) which caused it to cross the table and land on a family member's jeans and finally when the food arrived it was extremely salty and when i say extremely i mean it's as if the chef confused the seasoning with a beach vacation and decided to sprinkle the dead...

To make it easy for people before I jump into detailed review . FOOD WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE , service was good

We ordered chicken schezwan fried rice for 7 people and fried rice was cold and had no spice and salt , sounds weird but true , we made the server to touch the food and taste it and he nodded that it was indeed bad ,

We Family of 13 people left unhappy with the food. And worst part is Owner tried to defend the tasteless food

Save yourself from running through disastrous taste and horrible road...
