Shree Basaveshwara Khanavali (original) — Restaurant in Karnataka

We have visited many branches of Basaveshwar Khanavali, but this place is the WORST. They act as if we are there for free meals. No proper service; we waited for a long time. There was a stable for 4 but only 3 chairs. We requested them for one more chair, but they didn't even respond, and after requesting it more than 4 times, the chair was provided even if it was available nearby. There was no spoon on the plate they served; we again asked for one, but the lady was so rude. Even if we were waiting for half an hour, they didn't serve on a first-come, first-served basis. If we asked about this, the lady was rude again. When we complained about the service at the bill counter, the person there didn't take any responsibility or had the courtesy to answer. She just called the lady server and made us talk to her. At least they could have said sorry for this, but the server just argued. Even the food...

Basaveshwasr Khanavali is my top fav place for jolad rotti meals (Akshay park branch) but I visited the ksrtc opp branch today and the service was pathetic and worst. Ladies working in that particular branch have no clue how to talk to the customers. They are very very rude. Have no courtesy to be humble as well. Workers there are super arrogant even after complaining they said, we always get complaints its not new to us. I mean how can they be so causul about this. I want the manager or the main person managing this branch to read this review and make the necessary changes like that of training the workers to be humble and respectful to the customers. Regularly I used visit different Basavashewar khanavali Hubballi, but I had a surprise when I visited shri Basaveshwar Khanavali that this is only one and original Basaveshwar khanavali in Hubballi City all other basaveshwar khanavalis are fake. The food quality and quantity is really amazing. I was surprise to see huge items on the thali that no other Basaveshwar khanavali offers. The price for thali is same as other charge for but the items are really more. They also provide varieties of Holige which are really yummy. Staff serve customers as family members.
