Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Highly Disappointed

I have never experienced such poor service at any hotel before. The staff was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. On a Sunday, they didn’t have tomato soup or sweet corn soup available — basic items that should always be in stock.

We ordered Hara Bhara Kabab, and it took 45 minutes to arrive — and even then, it was undercooked! The service was so careless, and when we asked about anything, the standard reply was, "Not available."

Even something as simple as achar (pickle) or lemon was not provided. Everyone around us was waiting for 45 minutes or more. It seemed like the staff only cared about birthday or function bookings — regular customers were ignored or treated poorly.

It's now also quite surprising, you are still ignoring this seriousness of the issue by giving a big write-up. If I would have informed you at billing counter, what difference it would have made, same thing.. its a grave sin..you still did not get the issue/thing right.. you are not showing any guilt, rather than boasting about yourself (Great good,great ambiance and great space, blah blah blah..) and bribing us by giving 10% discount... I'm still doubting which are the adventurous people who are going to come on 29th by falling for your discount prank.. "A wrong is wrong, you can't be right by doing wrong"... People visit restaurants for food but if the food is not good then what is the use of service and atmosphere in it. It was evening 7:30 of 25th Nov 2022 when I ordered a kaju paneer, paneer burji and few butter naans. The masala of kaju paneer and paneer burji was absolutely raw. Paneer was stiff and sour as it was not fresh. The butter naan was so stiff that children were asking knife to cut it. I don't know that why people open restaurants or dhaba....
