We had booked table number 1 in advance and it was confirmed. But when we reached we saw it was occupied. We had to take other seat. Later while leaving when I asked the lady on reception why our booked seat is occupied, she said Owner's friends are sitting there and they come regularly.

My question to the owner is - Is this how you run a business? Why the seat was given to your friend when it was already booked by us? I was a regular customer since you opened Silver Oak, but I will never visit your Cafe again. Keep it reserved for your friends instead of regular customers.

Please keep in mind that customers have many options around, Cafe runs because of customers, not because of only your friends. I have decided to move on to other options nearby and decided that will never visit Silver Oak Cafe again.

Also, I was sitting with my family and someone was smoking there. Earlier it never used to happen.

Anyways, all the best. Keep it up and ignore the customers and give priority to only your friends which you think is better for your business.

Reviewing after a revisit. The service has turned horrible. They delay too much... Do not order lemon tea..as they will get u hot water and tea dip bag and lemon & sugar separately.. like what nonsense... Very dissatisfied! Won't visit again here... But sandwich and buger are good.. Its good to see Nandi Hills road is getting developed with good places for late-night hangouts and Silver Oak Cafe is one of them..! There is not much things to talk about ambience of this place but it's okish but there are few highlights like the led lit swing support.. Led lit umbrella ☔ design ! But Hookas are on higher side 1500-1800 and sadwiches 🥪 cost around 250-350.. Tea or coffee will cost 50. But the good thing is service.. I asked for cheese in my chicken club sandwich so when I complained of no cheese..the guys were kind enough to take back the plate and gave a new full sandwich, which is like 5 star ⭐...
