Skybar Rooftop bar and restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

Just wow, much required hang out place in Dharwad, my close friends recommended this and we thought it would be just other pub as expected around this region, but this place surprised us.

We were a group of 2 couples (one couple with a year old kid) and me :)

We sat on the roof top, the ambience was really good, initially placing the order was little hiccup, but once we started, the dishes came along in a timely manner.

The food was really good, they need to improve a little on presentation, apart from that taste, quantity and quality for really good.

The service was indeed really good, they were observing the tables and jumped in the moment we were about to call someone, this is the best training in a service industry.

Would definitely visit them again once around this part...

The food is worst and the ambience is also not so well kept nor the waiters attitude towards customers is not good

This we observed and complained frequently no one from the staff has attended and reached us to resolve has replied worst answer that is

Menu looks crazy in pricing but not served accordingly. Totally unsatisfied with experience and the hospitality of hotels are achieving their best people like this are moreover ruined the hotel industry in the name of service not good series of...

Ambience is good, DJ is good. Most of the food is undercooked. Service is not that good, takes a long time to take orders and process orders. The waiters forgot to get a couple of orders. Normal drinking is not provided only bottled water available, chill water was not available for us.

Looks like there are too many managers, 4 people came and asked how many people we were as the place was full, later a waiter joined tables to make space for us.
