Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your hotel on June 22nd. My pregnant wife and I visited the breakfast area on the 1st floor at 8:30 am, and our experience was subpar.
We waited over 30 minutes for our food, despite being informed that it would be ready within 10-15 minutes. When I inquired about the status of our order, the waiter seemed dismissive, and the cashier didn't seem concerned about our experience. The cashier's response ( the 1st floor & ground floor both cashiers), "You're not the only customer," was particularly unhelpful.
As a customer, it's unacceptable to wait that long without any updates or apologies. If your team is overwhelmed, it's better to inform customers about the wait time or offer alternatives.
I hope you will take our experience seriously and take necessary steps to improve your customer service. Your hotel's reputation is at stake, and poor service can lead to negative reviews and loss of customers.
