Sri Ganesh Grand — Restaurant in Karnataka

Pathetic. My family and I try and visit this restaurant at least once a month. We have, ever since this has opened. And I can tell you this, the service has just gotten worse. I am not usually one posting negative reviews. But had to.

The service is so slow, you lose your appetite waiting. The gap between the starters and main course is way too long. And we wouldn't mind this if the place is crowded. But the last time we were there on 31st December, we were the only customers and it still took them too much time to serve food. But we let it slide because we thought they're probably understaffed.

But we went for a family dinner yesterday. This time it was way too much to let them get away with. To begin with, there was no one attending us to take the order. When one of them finally came, we requested them to fill the water jug and gave our order. 20 minutes passed by, no sign of water. We reminded another waiter, thinking they're just busy. And at this point, it has been good 40 minutes and we have neither got our food not water despite reminding and requesting 3 different people.

Somehow after an hour we receive our food. My father had ordered himself a rava dosa. It was UNCOOKED. My sister went with a masala dosa. She has an uncut Capsicum bottom in it.

We understand that not every time they can be at their best. But like I said, we go there pretty regularly and every time it is worse than the last.

I wish there was an option to rate anything...
