We 4 ladies, went to Veerdency for staycation for two days in midweek

Pros Clean rooms. Food tasty. Pleasant greenery. Lake nearby.. Good sight Good resort for family stay Pure vegetarian Parking available Spa treatments awesome and very very clean and reasonable. Thankyou Tuma Rajendra and Neeta in restaurant tried to address our grievance about slow service and clarified about out order as there was confusion most of the times

Deepak from maintenance department gave prompt service All staff were helpful and responsive in general Even security guards were friendly and made us feel welcome Buffet breakfast spread was great Value for money

Cons Very slow service and confusions in dining hall Less staff in restaurant or staff busy in internal work or nobody seen in dining hall.. So always slow, even if we order room service or at dining hall

Language problem especially in restaurant.. Hardly anyone speaks kannada and few didn't understand Hindi fully also as they may be from north east and their language was different I suggest why don't you take orders in writing. They come back and clarify or they forget to bring some dishes.. Always this happened at the dining hall Cats always near our table and wandering around our feet in dining hall Reception lady not so warm.. Looked tired and busy and curt Location.. Still feel like we're in the city because of apartments view Food expensive and limited choices (a la carte) Gets little crowded as weekend approaches

Fountain not switched on for one day.. I think only during weekends they're functional Construction going on in 1st floor. So some noise and dust maybe there.

Overall experience was good but for these few issues which I request to improve
