Food Taste is Good , but The service is pathetic with no Proper Hygiene and Delayed response.
I saw few people were leaving despite sitting at the table for more than 20-25 min and Not getting any response from waiters ,
Here the waiters don't even listen to what the customer asks , They don't pay proper attention.
Cleaning was pathetic , After eating , the table was just rubbed with repeatedly used cloth , that too not good , Old eaten meal's rice drops and small Mutton/chicken bones were left on the table and serving starts to new customers.
Raagi mudde was not Hot , Rice was like cooked in the morning and served for the afternoon.
But Mutton / chicken Sambar or Kurma taste is Good.
Today I saw some customers were having word fight with servers for not responding properly. (I'm writing this because, i also faced the same problem. They don't even care how long we sit )
If they manage to improve service and Cleanness then they may see more people.
Overall
Mutton/Chicken items - 3.5 Rice or Mudde or Biriyani items - 1.5 Atmosphere - 1 Neatness - 1 Service - 0.5 or 0 Cost - Worth for Chicken or Mutton items but not at all worth for Rice / Mudde / Biriyani items..
Overall 2/5 rating..
They have good cooking style and good quality of Mutton or chicken items but other items...

Mudde was well prepared, though luke warm, but went well with mutton curry. The curry itself was tasty but again, just like a lot of places I've been to, in and around Bengaluru, the quality of mutton wasn't appreciable. Don't understand why it's such a problem to procure quality mutton. May be it's intentional, just for financial purposes. Mind you that the prices aren't cheap. They're at par with any military hotel in prices, but sadly not in quality. The chicken fry was okay I guess. Had a lot of greens in the dish and was overpowering. Could have prepared it better.
And by the way, I have to mention about their toilet and it's usability. I've seen toilets maintained better at government bus stops than at this restaurant. Come on guys, you're charging customers more than fairly, you can definitely spend ₹100 per week and get your damn toilets cleaned once in a while. Absolutely...

The food is prepared using natural ingredients without adding artificial taste enhancers or preservatives, which makes it not only delicious but also healthy. The flavors are simple and remind you of traditional homemade meals.
The mutton meals are especially amazing. The curry is filled with plenty of tender mutton pieces, which is rare to find in most restaurants. The food is light on the stomach, so even after eating a full meal, you won’t feel heavy or uncomfortable. Instead, you’ll feel satisfied, and by evening, you’ll get hungry again, showing that the food is fresh and easy to digest.
Another good thing about this hotel is that the prices are very affordable. For the amount and quality of food they serve, it feels like real value for money. Overall, the place is perfect for anyone who loves good, simple, and tasty food without spending too much. It’s a must-visit if you want to enjoy real nati-style meals with lots of flavor and...
