This is one of the OG breakfast spots for travellers on the Bengaluru-Mangaluru highway. It is about 60 km away from the Nelamangala toll gate, making it the ideal pitstop point for a break and quick breakfast.
The place has ample parking for both four-wheelers and two-wheelers. Though on weekends from 8 AM-11 AM, you might find it hard to find parking in front of the restaurant. In that case, you can park on the side of the highway.
The washrooms are clean and hygienic. This is probably a huge plus since that is a must for travellers on long journeys. The prices are on par with highway eateries. The service is quick and the staff are helpful.
I have had only breakfast dishes and have never had Thali/Plate meals. The Benne Masale Dosey and Poori are their best dishes. The Rave Idly, Rice Idly, Vade, and coffee are good as well. The fruit juices were very ordinary both times I had them.

Overall, this is a great place for a pitstop to stretch your legs, freshen up, eat a tasty Dosey and continue your journey.

If you are travelling from Bangalore to Mangalore, then you must make a stop at this amazing restaurant situated on the highway. For over two decades I have been taking breaks here and it has become one of my favorite places to stop for a break. This restaurant serves 100% vegetarian and Jain food along with South Indian, North Indian, Chinese Food, Chat Ice Cream & Sandwiches.
The best part about this place is that they provide clean toilets as well as ample parking space so that travelers can take rest without worrying about their vehicles or luggage being stolen or damaged in any way. Not only that but there is also a great children play area where kids can enjoy themselves while parents relax after long hours of driving!
I recently tried Bhel Puri which was simply delicious! The highlight here was definitely the quantity and taste – it's probably the best Bhel Puri I've had in recent times! All in all this place makes for an ideal family outing spot during your journey on this route; plus they even offer outdoor catering services for marriage functions etc., making them extremely convenient if you're looking to host an event nearby too!.

On kunigal highway certainly mandatory pitstop at Swathi delicacy
I have been eating here serval years now 8years I must say the food served here is the best in terms of taste quality it’s just awesome
Many times we have drove just eat their masala dosa this restaurant still maintains that old original style of making dosa with red chutney not not using the podi which mostly the hotel have started
idly vada dip omg their sambar has punch of jaggery but still it’s on the spicy side so we love as other hotel make sambar so sweet which taste bad
Every time I visit here I feel why can’t they open outlet at Bangalore to taste this original authentic taste of masala dosa idly sambar
Service is fast food is served at your car or even inside restaurant ppl both are fast are friendly polite staff
Atmosphere it’s awesome you will never see this place uncrowned even at peak hours peak crowded time too importance is give for cleaning hygiene no litter around well maintained place
Wish they maintain this quality ever Hope to see n outlet at Bangalore serving that yummy masala dosa idly sambar dip 😍

Swathi Delicacy gets five stars for quick service and for a clean and bright premises.
Food - We ordered two South Indian Thali plates and one North Indian Thali. I only took pictures of the NI Thali. South Indian Thali according to my family had good Rasam, salted buttermilk and yogurt. They didn't serve any palya (vegetable dish) but after we asked, they scrambled and brought us ladies finger dry curry which was very undercooked. The sambar and kurma (for pooris) were not so great. The payasam (dessert) was not good at all, per my family.
I ordered the North Indian Thali specifically to avoid the sweet tasting sambar (my personal preference) but the NI Thali came with a tomato soup which was sweet! The kurma for the rotis, the rajma and dal were good. Rotis tasted good, but seemed to be made of maida. This Thali came accompanied by curd rice for some reason, which was quite bland. The gulan jamun was just plain flour and sugar, so I don't recommend it. My chief complaint is the scarcity of vegetables in the thali. All I can say is that for the price point, the food is "not bad."

Despite having Kicchana Halli Mane restaurant right opposite to this restaurant, not a single table will be available at this restaurant at pretty much any point on weekends and this is a testimony in itself of this restaurant.
We went here in a big group and tried a variety of dishes. Every single dish - idli, wada, onion dosa, open dosa, masala dosa, Kesari bath, kaara bath and even the coffee - oozed out richness in taste. The service here could use a little bit more expediency but it's quite understandable given the crowd size here.
There is ample parking right on the highway and that in itself is a huge positive for me. But in addition, they had maintained the washrooms so very well despite the continuous flow of people. They have a couple of showers as well if anyone wants to shower on their way. Then there is also a play area for kids! Kudos to the management of this restaurant. This is a management course in live action - bring delight to customers by giving them an experience above and beyond their expectation. Don't miss this place if you are anywhere near Koppa!
