Today, I had the pleasure of dining at TAVISA and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance captivated me. The décor strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy charm, making it an ideal setting for any occasion.

The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed invested .They were quick to provide recommendations and catered to dietary preferences with ease.

Now, onto the food—the star of the show! Every dish was a testament to the chef’s creativity and dedication to quality. The flavors were perfectly balanced, ingredients fresh, and presentation stunning. It’s evident that Tavisa puts thought into every aspect of their menu, offering a range of options that cater to both adventurous eaters and those who prefer classic comfort foods.

I went to Tavisa with a lot of expectations but had the worst possible experience! The service was terrible, and the staff was extremely rude. They don’t care about the customers at all. I would never recommend this place—in fact, I would advise people not to go there at all! The staff doesn't know what's available on the menu and what’s not, and they failed to serve us properly. To make matters worse, they billed us incorrectly twice! Thankfully, I checked and noticed that they had overcharged us by nearly ₹1,000. Also, if you’re more than six people, be aware that you’ll have to sit separately as they don’t join tables. Please don’t go, people! Avoid this place at all costs!

They don’t accept cards that too on a weekend when the place is filled with tourists!

We went here for dinner during a long weekend and reached around 8 PM. The place was completely packed. At the parking area, we were told the ground floor is just a café and the actual restaurant is on the 3rd floor, so we went up. But once we reached the 3rd floor, they told us it was full and sent us back downstairs, saying both floors serve the same food. We ended up waiting on the ground floor for about 30 minutes, and there was just one person trying to manage the entire crowd.

After a long wait, we finally got a table and were just about to place our order when another staff member came and asked us to vacate the table, saying someone else had been waiting before us. We hadn't seen anyone waiting nearby, but the way the staff spoke was extremely rude and disrespectful. It left a really bad impression and we decided to leave.
