Read moreIt’s such a pity that a restaurant with considerably good food in terms of taste, has to fall short on the overall customer service and experience. Google doesn’t allow us to post reviews without giving any stars, perhaps had to give them a star for putting this up and cautioning people about my experience here. The service is pathetic to say the least. Inspite of doing a reservation through call, on arriving at the restaurant we were blatantly told to wait until someone gets done with their meal. What’s the use of taking reservations on call then? Secondly the waiters and the managing person who takes care of the proceedings (younger brother of the owner), has no ethics, manners or etiquettes of running a restaurant and dealing with the customers. A person who hardly looks at the customer complaining about something, not batting an eye to the customer’s concern is not fit to run such a restaurant. The amount of disrespect we felt was immense and was a total throw off for us. The waiters are no good either. Murmuring onto glory on receiving a complaint from a customer about the service, loud enough to be heard by the customer is what we went through. Cut short, the most horrific disgraceful and demeaning experience I have ever been through. Not going to visit this place again or recommend anyone to go until the management gets their...
Read moreA easy to miss place just next to Nandi upachar @devanahalli. If you like non-vegetarian food then you should definitely go there.
In starters we ordered tandoori chicken and bbq chicken which were very good
We ordered chicken patiala and chicken lababdar which they call "big gravy items" and indeed it was big. Each dish was big enough for 6 ppl having 2 tandoori roti each. So if you are ordering any big gravy item, keep in mind. So at the end we had to pack the lababdaar full as we were all done with the first gravy itself.
Rotis were also soft and perfect.
We ordered biriyani as well and that was also good.
Overall food and taste wise everything was perfect.
Service could have been little better, servers and person taking order seemed confused and probably were under too much stress handling all the guests.
Cleanliness is okaish.
Parking should not be a problem, it's bang on highway so you will definitely find a parking spot.
End note - will definitely try to go again, this time may be...
