Extremely Unhygienic – Not Recommended at All!

We had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience at The Global Huts. From the moment we stepped in, we noticed a serious lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene—something you would expect every food establishment to prioritize, especially when serving the public.

The most disturbing part was the overwhelming presence of house flies inside the restaurant. There were flies everywhere—on the tables, flying around the food counters, and worst of all, one even fell directly into our food while we were eating. It was absolutely revolting and completely ruined our appetite. This level of negligence is not only unacceptable but also a major health hazard. House flies are known to carry and transmit harmful bacteria that can lead to serious foodborne illnesses like food poisoning, cholera, and typhoid.

When we brought this to the staff’s attention, their response was indifferent and careless. There was no apology, no concern for customer safety, and no visible effort to improve the situation. It felt like they were completely used to operating under these unhygienic conditions, which is alarming.

Cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any restaurant. If a fly can casually land in a customer’s dish, it makes you wonder what goes on in the kitchen behind closed doors.

In its current state, I would strongly advise against visiting The Global Huts. There are plenty of better and safer dining options nearby that respect their customers and take hygiene seriously.

The Global huts is a great place to chill. They have this really deceiving entrance but once you pass through the kind of dingy entrance, everything opens up. Small huts for privacy, wide open spaces to sit and dine and party. Big open bar. We were here for lunch and i can imagine it would be even much better once it's dark. Service was excellently fast. Our food arrived much before I expected. The waiters are friendly and quick. Food is good, it could bd better. The menu is also easy to navigate and understand. We had the mutton rosht and i personally felt it was too sweet. But that could be just me. Ambience - great Food - good Service - great Space - great Value for money - yes Family friendly - yes Pet frieny - yes Will return? DEFINITELY!!!!

Returned today (20th November 2022) for lunch. Experience is pretty much the same. Our waiter and serving staff were efficient and polite. Food is good too!! Revisited today again for lunch (20 nov 2023) and again experienced same courtesy and service from the staff. Our food and drinks came on time and hot.
