Very bad experience at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Here's why:
Poor Hygiene – The hotel was not clean or maintained properly, which was the first red flag.
Terrible Customer Service – The staff were extremely rude. When we tried to order food, they behaved very arrogantly. They even charged us for lemon soda instead of lemon juice. When I questioned it and asked for the menu to check the price, the staff literally threw the menu on the table. Only after I showed the price difference (Rs. 15) did they agree to correct the bill.
Delayed Service – Food delivery was very slow. We ordered chapathi, naan, and romali roti, but they didn’t bring the romali roti initially. We had to remind them several times. For juice, they claimed the item was unavailable, but after repeated follow-ups, they finally brought it, proving they hadn’t checked properly in the first place. Also, we ordered lemon soda, but they gave us lemon juice instead.
Bad Quality Food – The chicken dishes (Chettinad and Masala) tasted off, as if the meat had been frozen for a very long time. It didn’t even feel like real chicken. Both roti and naan smelled and tasted overly smoky, definitely not fresh.
Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you care about service, quality,...

Everything we ordered was pretty much a standard north indian order, which you would expect them to get right, but the colouring and masala used was just too much. Starting off, we got a Lassi which was just curd+sugar(the curd wasn't even put in a blender/mixed). The chicken tikka, albeit well marinated, was a little undercooked. Had to really put effort into getting it cut. The baby corn pepper was alright, quite standard. But the mains, was where the quality went down by a good amount. We got a Dum Aloo, which for some reason had a distinct smell to it, kind of like an old wet cloth? It was so heavily coloured, and the masala was so potent, a few bites in and my stomach was already complaining. Also got a paneer do pyaza, in which I can guarantee you, the paneer wasn't fresh (idek if it was paneer). Had a real synthetic feel to it. The roti and ghee rice were okay, or we probably felt that way because the curries were extremely underwhelming. Anyway I'd strongly recommend skipping this restaurant if you come across it, much better ones further down...
Read moreEarlier I had been to Pepper restaurant and ate Paneer khichdi, jeera rice 🌾🍚, lime soda 🥤 and many more. Now let me share my experience of today's lunch time. 1stly I was not feeling well, so my wife suggested to eat something outside which may effect our taste buds. Have to do when you're down with fever. Initially we went with normal Gobi 65- asked him to make it crispy, then took lemon coriander soup felt like I'm taking a steam bath- know what, it unblocked my nose 👃. In the main course we ordered Butter naan- more than average and Kadai mushroom 🍄was very much Spicy 🥵🔥 couldn't eat much so we packed it. Service was fast which acts as an added advantage for both veg & non veg customers. Finally ended the meal with Lime soda🥤 which was more sweet than salty. Love the open vibe, atmosphere is peaceful and after lunch we went to pan shop & had sweet pan. There's an icecream parlour 🍨🍦...
