The Royal Olive — Restaurant in Karnataka

Visited Royal olive restaurant yesterday.We went there for crab masala but they didn’t have it so we decided to try something else.We ordered Hot and sour soup,Gobi munchurian and chicken noodles and for drinks we ordered cranberry refresher,Passion fruit mojito and blueberry blast.The food was okay but the drinks were terrible.They served us wrong drinks and told us that they were what we ordered.After we finished and paid the bill a waiter came up to us to ask us how did the drinks taste and then told us that the drinks were not what we ordered but something else.They decided to change our drinks and served us something else and lied to us saying that they served us drinks what we ordered like as if we don’t know how a cranberry refresher,blueberry blast and passion fruit mojito taste.That was so unprofessional.If they can’t serve something they should’ve just let us know.we just wasted our money. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone and won’t be returning to this...

I recently visited royal olive restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was unprofessional and inattentive; the staff seemed more engaged in personal conversations than attending to customers. After a considerable wait, our order was taken incorrectly, leading to further delays.

When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. The chicken starter was undercooked and lacked flavor, while the main course was bland and did not meet the standards expected. The overall quality and presentation of the dishes were disappointing.

Given this experience, I cannot recommend the royal olive restaurant and will not be...

Absolutely dreadful experience! The wait staff were beyond rude, seemingly more interested in seating their favorite patrons than attending to the needs of paying customers. After an excruciatingly long wait, our food arrived stone cold, while our exhausted children dozed off from sheer boredom. Adding insult to injury, we were forced to practically beg for basic necessities like plates and glasses, as if we were inconveniencing the staff by being there.
