I recently visited this lovely restaurant that had a fantastic ambiance and served delicious food. However, I was disappointed to discover that they did not accept card payments. Despite the enjoyable experience overall, I cannot overlook this inconvenience, and therefore, I'm giving this place a rating of 1 star.

The restaurant's atmosphere was undoubtedly one of its highlights it all contributed to a delightful ambiance, perfect for a relaxing evening out.

Moving on to the food, the menu boasted a variety of mouthwatering dishes that showcased the chef's culinary skills. Each plate was meticulously prepared and presented, demonstrating the restaurant's commitment to quality.

However, my disappointment arose when it was time to settle the bill. To my surprise, the restaurant did not accept card payments, which inconvenienced me greatly. In an era where digital transactions are the norm, it was disheartening to encounter a restaurant that had not embraced this convenience. This inconvenience disrupted an otherwise enjoyable evening and left me feeling frustrated.

While I understand that some establishments may have their reasons for not accepting card payments, it is essential to consider the preferences and needs of modern-day customers.

In conclusion, the restaurant in question offers a delightful ambiance, delicious food, and attentive service. However, the decision not to accept card payments significantly hampers the overall experience and convenience for customers. Therefore, I have regrettably rated this place with only one star. I hope the management considers updating their payment methods to better accommodate their guests...

I am a regular customer and visit quite often.Today I had a particularly unpleasant experience with the staff and management of this outlet and I am putting this up so thatthe owners are aware of the ground situation. They took my order for 4 chais and 2 bun maskas- without giving me a receipt. Then they took more than 30 mins during which time I reminded their server thrice about my order. Understanding the rush , I waited patiently for more than 40 mins and then while tea was served to a table next to me who came later than us, I was told that tea is over and to order for coffee.

Manager was out of scene. Staff present at scene were the absolute worst at communicating with us. They just sent the nothing with 4 cups of Chai over to our table without even talking to us. Staff behavior was the absolute worst. Informed the whole incident to their owner as well. If this continues, one of the few good hangout spots in the city will lose loyal customers. We visited here for the first time. Recently had seen a post on this place so thought to visit this place.

The place is so calming & nice that the feel what we get after visiting here is just amazing. If your bored of shopping or tired & wanna have a cup of chai, this is the best place for you to visit.

The chai over here is just amazing, the masala adrak chai I just fell in love with the chai over here ❤️ can't get over it.

We had the Paneer Schezwan toasties over here, the taste was something different & amazing over here 🥰 loved it

Next we had Mexican beans Quesadilla. It's just tortilla with beans filling served with mexican sauce. Just loved the taste. The taste of the dishes here is different & yummy. Must try for those who love chai with some snacks.
