I had the unfortunate experience of stopping at this highway-side vegetarian hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Food Quality – 1/5: The food was absolutely substandard. The vegetables were stale, curries tasted bland and reheated, and even the basic items like sambar and chutney felt like they were made days ago. There was no freshness, no flavor – just a sad, careless attempt at cooking. Cleanliness – 0/5: The dining area was filthy. Tables were sticky, floors were wet and slippery, and flies hovered all over the food. The wash area was unhygienic and smelled horrible – totally unacceptable for any place that serves food. Pricing – 1/5: Here’s the real shocker – they’re charging three times the actual worth. A simple thali that’s barely edible is priced like a premium buffet in the city. Total rip-off! It’s clear they are exploiting travelers with no justification for the cost.

The outside ambience looked flaunting but once you stand near the counter you will be chocked with the smoke from the kitchen. Their menu followed every other udupi style restaurants but the preparation is street style Andhra tiffin. Taste doesn't even come anywhere near Authentic Andhra breakfast. We ordered 2 plates of idly, 1 onion dosa and 1 masala dosa. Chutney is little thick than water tastes like 100% fried gram paste with lot of mustard. Usually breakfast sambar will not have carrot,raddish and beans but they have. Their onion utappa is okay but couldn't eat due to the great chutney and sambar we didn't eat completely. Masala dosa is basically a batter prepared with 1 spoon urad and 2 kg of rice. Aloo masala is also not good. Idly is kida hard and we soaked it in sambar to eat. We recently ordered 6 veg biryanis at the counter. At the time of placing the order, I was unaware of the dine-in/service. Immediately after ordering, I requested if the food could be served, and I even offered to pay any applicable service charge. The receptionist is said simple no.
However, after we finished eating, there was a significant amount of leftover rice. When I asked if we could get it packed, the same staff member simply said "no" and claimed she didn’t know anything about it. Her response was dismissive and unhelpful.
I’m genuinely surprised that such a staff member has been entrusted with handling customers, especially at the reception. Her attitude did not reflect the level of service one would expect from a professional establishment.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training or guidance to ensure better customer experience...
