WOW China — Restaurant in Karnataka

Such a disappointing experience today.... and very worst customer handling and there is no basic respect is being given to the customer who is waiting in the counter to place the order .... and the girl who is working here in the mall has such a ignoring attitude and she don't know how to handle and after waiting for 5 mins and there was still no response from the people in the shop and I myself voluntarily asked that can you take my order and she is like no not now may be after 30 mins I told you can provide my order after 30 mins .... that's absolutely fine because they might already have some orders which to be completed and she was like no I can't take your orders now only after 30 mins .... there is no polite gestures too.. such a pathetic people are being hired in the store and you would loose your brand name because of these behaviour...very very upset 😡 about this.... next time if they are not going to take orders ...let them place a board that orders will not be taken ... so that we won't waste...

Never visit here, worst food they prepare. I ordered egg hakka noodles as take out option, which was very worst and I thrown finally. Felt like got sick after eating the food. I got second time same feeling.

my comments on your reply .......... first of all I don't visit again, because this is second time. I can see for all reviews similar reply from your side, but why the service not improved? its all about marketing from your end and people pay the money for food, if the service is worst, why people pay money for no use....

you need to improve the service, no other option...

The food was pathetic. The worst Chinese one could have. I have always had stayed away from the WoW momo brand because have never liked their food but thought to give wow china a try and surely they didn't miss to disappoint. Our mistake : we did not read the review before ordering from here. Most of their reviews are poor and the support team just keeps assuring that the feedback is taken into consideration. Not sure if it's actually being taken into consideration. Would never go back to this brand again and would never suggest anyone to order from their Orion Uptown...
