If there is a rating of zero I would prefer that. June 2nd we went there for a morning breakfast with the people of 20. We have decided to split and sitting in available tables. There is a crowd in the usual morning and we were asking the people those are serving people ( I would like to call them as arrogant people) about the available dishes. They simply say wait I will go check and come back birthday came back after 10 minutes and repeatedly asking the same question again what do you want to eat, our group got totally upset with their worst service. Finally I got tempted and started asking them about our last order, one serving person said nothing then again I asked him and he said wait and we are late so I just stopped him and asked about our last order. He simply said ask the other serving guy. I lost my control.. I shouted them about this behaviour, the hotel cashier and manager are simply sitting and not asking what is happening in our table. We went and complained to them they didn't answer . Finally one serving guy said I won't serve them as I started shouting then I said I won't pay money and finally the word money pulled the hotel manager to serve for our last order to get the money. I didn't had such worst experience in my life. If I was not with the family probably I will wait there and meet the owner of the hotel and raise this issue into next level.
Please don't go this hotel event if you are hungry like anything. Not value for money and not...
Read moreTruly exeptional place to visit, i recently went to the place after a trip to karur.Kongu Mess offers a well-rounded dining experience, characterized by its dual options of AC and non-AC dining areas, providing flexibility for guests seeking comfort in varied environments. The atmosphere of the establishment is notably excellent, creating a pleasant and welcoming ambiance that enhances the overall dining experience.
During my visit, I opted for a combination of Parotta, Chapathi, and Vegetable Meals, all of which were prepared to a satisfactory standard. The quality of the food was commendable, with the Parotta and Chapathi being soft and flavorful, and the Vegetable Meals offering a wholesome and well-seasoned taste. Additionally, the restaurant excels in its non-vegetarian offerings, ensuring that both vegetarian and non-vegetarian patrons are well catered to.
The pricing of the menu items at Kongu Mess is particularly noteworthy. The rates are affordable, making it an attractive dining option for a wide range of customers. The value for money is evident, as the quality of the food aligns with the reasonable prices.
A standout feature of the visit was the apple juice.dont forget to buy at the end .Its refreshing taste provided the perfect conclusion to the dining experience, leaving a lasting positive...
Read moreI recently visited a restaurant and my experience was just okay. The food was average, and the service was nothing special. The restaurant had a decent atmosphere, but it was not the most memorable dining experience I've had.
I ordered a dosa and vada, which were both decent. The dosa was cooked well and the vadas were crispy, but they were not the best I've ever had. The service was slow, and I had to wait a while to get my order taken. The server was polite but not very attentive, which made me feel like I wasn't a priority.
The restaurant had a clean and modern feel, with the toilet at the back of the restaurant. Car parking available in the front. However, it was quite noisy, which made it difficult to carry on a conversation. I appreciated the effort put into the decor, but it was not enough to make me want to come back.
Overall, I would rate this restaurant as a 3 star experience. The food was okay, but the service and atmosphere were not great. I would recommend this restaurant to someone looking for a quick, average meal, but I wouldn't go out of my way to...
